Monique Lucas, RN Aesthetic Nurse
With over two decades of experience in the medical field, I bring a diverse and extensive background in nursing. My nursing journey has taken me through various specialized areas, including pediatric intensive care, neonatal intensive care, Cardiac ICU, the emergency department, Postpartum care, and home care.
In addition to my clinical experience, I have served as the Chief Nursing Officer for a nationwide medical spa chain with 19 locations spread across 9 different states. This role has allowed me to blend my passion for nursing with a leadership position in aesthetic medicine, overseeing operations and ensuring high standards of care.
Throughout my career, I've faced the challenges of chronic autoimmune conditions, providing me with a unique firsthand understanding of the impact chronic illness can have on the body. My personal journey led me to explore alternative methods of treatment, inspiring the inception of HydraSpa.
Having navigated through years of tests, medications, and surgeries, I am dedicated to sharing a new level of wellness with others. HydraSpa is not just a medical spa; it's a manifestation of my commitment to helping people feel better, both inside and out. My profound passion for enhancing well-being, coupled with my love for aesthetic medicine, has driven me to create a space where individuals can embrace their true selves and experience the transformative power of feeling amazing.

Meet Jenèe Noel, a Licensed Medical Esthetician who lives and breathes all things skincare! With seven years of hands-on experience and a bubbly personality to match, she’s the go-to expert for anyone looking to glow from the inside out.
A proud graduate of the Chrysm Institute of Esthetics, she originally hails from Williamsburg, Virginia, and has just made the big move to Charlotte, North Carolina, bringing her passion and excitement to a brand-new city!
For three amazing years, Jenèe Noel ran her own spa, Coco Velvet Esthetics, where she wowed clients with her knowledge, skills, and personalized touch—earning over 100 five-star ratings along the way. Now, she’s on a mission to bring that same magic to Charlotte, ready to make her mark in at HyrdaSpa Rejuvenation Station.
With her sights set on becoming a cosmetic nurse, Jenèe is all about combining her expertise with a whole lot of heart. A proud graduate of the renowned Aveda Institute, Casey specializes in a variety of rejuvenating treatments, including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion. Her approach is rooted in a commitment to helping each client achieve radiant, healthy skin through personalized care and expertise.
Outside of the treatment room, Casey is a devoted wife and mother to two young children who brighten her every day. With over 20 years of pharmacy practice under my belt, including managing an outpatient IV infusion center and ensuring top-notch patient safety in retail and acute-care settings, I’m here to make sure you feel amazing, inside and out.
