Tri-Immune Boost
A triple-action immune formula combining Vitamin C, Zinc, and Glutathione — designed to strengthen immune response, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery.
Three of the most evidence-backed immune nutrients — in one shot.
The Tri-Immune Boost combines three of the most clinically studied immune-supporting nutrients into a single intramuscular injection: Vitamin C, Zinc, and Glutathione. Each plays a distinct and complementary role in immune function — and together they provide a comprehensive defense against illness, inflammation, and oxidative stress.
Vitamin C is essential for the production and function of white blood cells, particularly neutrophils and lymphocytes. It also acts as a potent antioxidant that protects immune cells from oxidative damage during an active immune response. Zinc is required for the development and activation of T-cells, B-cells, and natural killer cells — the frontline soldiers of the adaptive immune system. Glutathione, the body's master antioxidant, supports immune cell function, reduces inflammation, and protects against the oxidative burden of fighting infection.
Delivered intramuscularly, all three nutrients are absorbed rapidly and completely — making this shot ideal for acute immune support, seasonal illness prevention, or recovery from illness or intense physical stress.
Active ingredients
- Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
- Supports white blood cell production and function, acts as an antioxidant protecting immune cells, and is required for collagen synthesis and tissue repair.
- Zinc
- Essential for T-cell and B-cell development, natural killer cell activation, and the regulation of inflammatory cytokines. Deficiency significantly impairs immune function.
- L-Glutathione
- The body's master antioxidant. Protects immune cells from oxidative damage, supports macrophage function, and reduces systemic inflammation.
What it may support
- Strengthens innate and adaptive immune response
- Reduces duration and severity of colds and infections
- Supports recovery from illness and physical stress
- Reduces systemic inflammation
- Protects immune cells from oxidative damage
- Supports wound healing and tissue repair
- May reduce allergy symptoms and inflammatory responses
- Supports skin health through collagen synthesis
- Provides antioxidant protection against environmental stressors

How often should you get a Tri-Immune shot?
- Acute illness or at first sign of symptoms: immediately, then every 2–3 days until recovery
- Seasonal prevention (fall/winter): once every 2–4 weeks
- High-stress periods or travel: once weekly for 2–4 weeks
- General immune maintenance: monthly
- Post-illness recovery: weekly for 2–3 weeks to restore immune reserves
Who is a good candidate?
- Individuals who get sick frequently or have a weakened immune system
- Those entering cold and flu season or traveling internationally
- People under high physical or psychological stress
- Individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or infection
- Athletes with high training loads (intense exercise temporarily suppresses immunity)
- Those with autoimmune conditions seeking immune modulation support
- Anyone who wants proactive immune defense rather than reactive treatment
- People with high oxidative stress or toxic load
Common questions
- Can I get this shot while I am already sick?
- Yes — in fact, getting the Tri-Immune shot at the first sign of illness is one of the most effective uses of this formula. The combination of Vitamin C, Zinc, and Glutathione can help reduce the duration and severity of an active infection. We recommend coming in as early as possible.
- How is this different from just taking Vitamin C and Zinc orally?
- Oral absorption of both Vitamin C and Zinc is limited and variable. High-dose oral Vitamin C causes gastrointestinal distress in many people. Intramuscular injection delivers the full therapeutic dose of all three nutrients directly into circulation — no digestive limitations, no GI side effects.
- Can I get this shot as a preventive measure before travel?
- Absolutely. Travel — especially air travel — exposes you to a high density of pathogens in a confined space. Getting a Tri-Immune shot 1–2 days before departure is an excellent preventive strategy, particularly for international travel or long-haul flights.
- Is this safe for people with autoimmune conditions?
- The Tri-Immune shot is generally well-tolerated by individuals with autoimmune conditions. However, we recommend a clinical consultation before starting any immune-support protocol if you have an active autoimmune diagnosis or are on immunosuppressive medications.
- Can I combine this with other shots or IV therapy?
- Yes. The Tri-Immune shot pairs well with B12 for energy support, and the nutrients in this shot are also available in higher concentrations through our IV infusion menu. Our clinical team can help you design a protocol that fits your immune and wellness goals.
